|Our cleaning service will clean and prepare your home ready for the next guest arrival, known as an exit clean. Calibre Group also offer a mid stay cleaning service for guests who require this during their stay in your home.
A deep cleaning service is available which goes above and beyond an exit clean. The deep clean rate is double the exit clean fee.
There is also a Spring clean service where everything in the home is done from top to bottom and this is 3/4 times the exit clean fee depending on the size of your home.
Deep and Spring cleans can only be done where time permits between reservations.
|A Dwelling License must be displayed in all vacation homes offering short term transient rentals. If you do not already have such a license, Calibre Group will apply to get one for you and renew this annually on your behalf.
|Calibre Group offer a Guest Registration Service where guest details, including the number of guests in the rental, are collected by either us directly or our tour operator and travel agent clients.
Where a damage insurance policy has not been taken out directly with us or our clients, Security Deposit information is also collected by obtaining the guest credit card information.
|If you do not already have your own website to promote your home, Calibre Group can build and host your own website to promote your holiday home to your guests.
|Calibre Group can take care of all your lawn cutting and landscaping needs. Whether it's just cutting the lawn seasonally, planning and maintaining a landscape or planning and repairing irrigation. Our green fingered team will take care of your home.

Filter cartridges are cleaned and changed when necessary and pool chemical balances are checked on a regular basis so your water is clean, crystal and clear.
|From time to time there will be a need to carry out maintenance in and around your holiday home. It could be something as small as a trash compacter getting stuck to something more serious like a blocked air conditioning system.
Rest assured that Calibre Group can handle all manner of these types of situations in a fast and efficient manner to minimize any disruptions to your guests.
|Calibre Group strives to get rentals for your home through our Tour Operator and Travel Agent clients. All rentals are notified to owners immediately a reservation is made. The rental income is shown on your monthly homeowner statement.

|Homeowner Statements are produced for every month with full and clear information detailing monthly management fees, utility bill payments, expenses, rental income, sales tax and tourist development tax along with payments from and to homeowners.
At the end of the year, a financial statement is produced with summary breakdowns of income and expenditure for your accountants along with a form 1099-MISC where required.
|When renting out a holiday home in Central Florida there are two types of taxes that must be declared for transient rentals. They are declared in the return for the month in which the guest arrived.
The Sales Tax is payable to the Florida Department of Revenue at the rate of 7% of the rental value.
The Tourist Development Tax is payable to the tax collector in the County in which your holiday home is located (Lake County, Orange County, Osceola County, Polk County). The rate varies from 4% to 6.5%.
Calibre Group declares and pays the Sales Tax and Tourist Development Tax for all the reservations we make for your holiday home.
|One of the options offered by Calibre Group Property Management is to pay utility bills each month for services such as power, telephone and water on your holiday home.
To qualify for this service you would be required to maintain sufficient account balance to cover the cost.
